Every piece is made in Jingdezhen, China, and ships from there. Each one is wrapped and boxed individually rather than picked off a warehouse shelf.

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, the United States and Canada. If your country does not appear at checkout, ask us through our contact page and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

What delivery costs

Delivery is £5.99. Orders of £150 or more ship free. The charge is the same to every country we ship to, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and import taxes

Any duties and import taxes are borne by JingTale, not by you. There is nothing further to settle when the parcel reaches your door. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment before releasing your parcel, contact us through our contact page straight away and we will settle it with them.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders usually reach you in 7–13 working days, sent direct from Jingdezhen. Because each piece is packed by hand, orders are not dispatched the same day. You will receive an email when your order is on its way. We do not quote a guaranteed delivery date — the pieces travel a long way and customs clearance is outside anyone's control. If you need a piece by a particular date, ask us before you order rather than after.

If your order arrives damaged

Porcelain travels well, but not always. Photograph the piece and the packaging before unpacking anything further, then contact us through our contact page. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. The full position is in our refund policy.

Caring for your piece

Care guidance is on our Shipping & Care page. Please read it before first use — pieces with gold or overglaze detail must never go in a microwave or a dishwasher.
